Jon Kaplan

Jon Kaplan is a Managing Director & Senior Partner at BCG and leads BCG’s transformation initiative for the future evolution of health care in the United States. Jon has recently served on BCG’s global leadership council and as the practice leader for Health Care Services. He is also a core member of the Strategy practice area. He has extensive experience consulting with healthcare companies across the globe, including all aspects of the healthcare value chain. He has deep expertise in evolving markets and the underlying competitive dynamics. His passion is for the redefinition of care delivery and payment reform to achieve better outcomes and a better experience for health care consumers. Jon is a graduate of Cornell University, Kellogg School of Management — Northwestern University and the University of Pittsburgh. He is a frequent writer, speaker and provided expert testimony for the U.S. Congress on Medicare and private Medicare.
