Series: The Future of American Healthcare

This is a three-part series by Mike Eaton, Vice President of Health System Strategy and Design at Empactful Studios.

Part 1 established that the traditional healthcare model is becoming unstable.

Part 2 exposes the implication. Stability will not be restored through incremental improvement. It will be restored through strategic clarity and informed leadership choices.

Part 3 (coming July 2026) examines where those choices lead and how the forces reshaping healthcare are already separating tomorrow’s winners from tomorrow’s losers.
